Refund and Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on our website. We reserve the right to amend these terms without prior notice whenever deemed necessary and to use our discretion for any final decisions about issues between our two parties when applicable.

ORDER ADJUSTMENT/CANCELLATION

After finalizing the checkout of an order, you may adjust its information by contacting us via support@scopek.com within 24 hours. If you do not make any changes to your order within 24 hours, the order will be sent to production, and you will have to waive the right to adjust the order details or to cancel it.

- The design of personalized items cannot be adjusted after the order is successfully finalized.

- The item quantity in a discounted order and the product type of your order, you can not make changes to your ordered item’s colour and/or size unless that change results in any fluctuation in the price of the final item.

- The item quantity in a discounted order and the product type of your order cannot be changed. If you have any need for these changes, please contact us to cancel the order, after which you can then place a newly revised order.

RETURN POLICY
  1. 20-DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your order to request a return with our store. We only accept the return when:

- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

- You still keep the receipt or proof of purchase.

- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- The packages have signed a confirmation under 20 days from the delivery date. If you buy during Christmas or New Year (December 24, 2022 to January 1, 2023), it is 30 days from the delivery date based on the receipt – receipt of the carrier, if, after that time, we do not accept for exchange or return.

 

  1. CASES OF GOODS

We gladly accept that your order can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 20 days of receiving when items are for any of the following cases:  

- Wrong items, not the right type/size/color as you ordered

- Missing items, not enough quantity as in the order

- Damaged items, not intact in the packages when delivered

- Quality issue, wrong description on product specification website 

- Items do not work, can not be used

When you receive the goods, please check the goods and sign to confirm the status with the delivery staff immediately upon receiving the goods to serve as a basis for other complaints about the problem of exchange and return.

 

  1. RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, the prior thing needed is to contact us via Email: support@scopek.com attached the reason and proofs. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

- The process of handling exchange or return procedures is carried out within two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of sufficient information and documents from the customer.

- The exchange and repair will be done in accordance with the regulations of Scopek.

We accept returns and exchanges by shipping.

Does the customer have to pay to ship the returned item? and in what case?

  1. If for Defective Products and This happens when the product is wrong, damaged by the carrier, or otherwise defective, the customer will have to pay as follows: Actual cost of shipping the returned item and the customer communicates and works with the carrier himself.
  2. If you received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact customer service immediately so we can resolve the issue. We want every purchase to be exactly as anticipated and promised. For the return under this condition we will pay the return shipping fee.
    If you are returning multiple items, please return them together to enjoy Free Return on all items. If you return the goods one by one, you may need to pay an additional shipping fee.
  3. In case the customer is not satisfied: This case occurs when the customer buys the wrong product, the product is not suitable or the customer does not like the item anymore, the customer must pay the actual cost to ship the goods. Returns and goods are only accepted in the original condition with the manufacturer’s label.
  4. WARNING

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGE/RETURN WHEN:

- The packages have been signed to confirm receipt of goods with the delivery party after 20 days from the delivery date. If you buy during Christmas or New Year (December 24, 2022 to January 1, 2023), it is 30 days from the delivery date

- Item has been opened when the product label is opened, excluding the shipping carrier’s cover

- You want to change the type, model but without prior notice.

- You do yourself affect the external condition such as peeling, denting, …

- You operate improperly, causing damage to goods.

- You do not comply with the required provisions to enjoy the warranty (for example, do not keep the invoice or purchase information for the warranty within the specified time).

- If items are lost while being returned, we will not be able to assist you as we wish we could. We recommend that you select a tracked shipping method to return the defective products.

  1. EXCHANGES

We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at Email: support@scopek.com

  1. RESTOCKING FEE

We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.

  1. REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

REFUND POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with services provided from us. If your product is defective or not described, don’t worry. Just send us an email at support@scopek.com and we will make it right by offering you a replacement or refund.
Any unsuccessful deliveries due to any customers’ mistakes on shipping address or customers’ unavailability, any loss of products due to the security of customers’ living areas (as long as shipping carriers confirm that the order is delivered) will NOT be eligible for return and refund. We will NOT refund in case you REFUSE to receive it either.
Any dissatisfactions related to apparel sizing and/or colours will not be eligible for refund or replacement. Please make sure to have a look at our sizing charts on product pages or your order confirmation email within the first 24 hours after completing your purchase.
FULLY REFUND
Due to hygiene reasons and the fact that our products are made-to-order, we do not exchange or refund items unless an item you received has a major problem.

  • We will give fully refund of your receipt (Transaction Fee + Shipping Fee) or send you a replacement if your order meets the problems below.
  1. Your order will be submitted to either replacement or refund if:
    Your order does not arrive at your shipping address within 40 business days of order placement. However, please note that any claims on late delivery filed after 60 business days from the initial date of order placement will be rejected.
    With our policy, within 20 business days of you receiving the item, you can request a refund or a replacement in the following cases:
    • Printed products are not clear, blurred.
    • The printing position is not centered as described on the website.
    • Wrong product delivered in the order, or part of the order is wrong.
    • Damaged by transportation: torn, stretched.
    • The product has the wrong size or color as described.
    • Other errors caused by our production. When encountering these unfortunate incidents, please email us about the problem (including actual product pictures and labels for proof) to get timely support for refund or return requests. We encourage you to receive a new replacement for the defective product and you do not even need to return the defective product to us.
    Your order has an issue of inadequate quality. Please note that any claims related to quality issues or garment defects must be filed within 20 business days from the date of receipt with full of clear evidence as below:
    • Photo(s) of quality issues and any damaged parts of the actual product received;
    • Photo(s) of the inaccurate product delivered (in case of incorrect color/design from original order);
    • Photo(s) of the size tag and the entire item when measured with a ruler (in case of incorrect size from original order);
    • Photo(s) of the original shipping label of the product received.
    You can send these pieces of evidence through email support: support@scopek.com. The Customer Care Department will receive and process your case. Our customer service will then help provide a replacement or refund if deemed appropriate.
  2. After a careful check on your order, if we confirm via email that you are eligible for a full refund, your refund will be processed by our internal team within 07 business days of refund confirmation. In the next 24 hours (from the time of receiving the email/SMS requesting to Cancel the customer’s order), our Customer Care Department will confirm the details with the order on your email and we will issue a full refund for this order within 48 hours after that, and follow the return policy of the payment gateways that the Scopek is integrating. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
